1. Ordering
All orders are placed via WhatsApp at +91 8297470530. SV Textiles & Garments reserves the right to cancel orders at its discretion. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and subject to change.
2. Products
VELORA products are manufactured and sold by SV Textiles & Garments. Product images are for reference only. Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.
3. Payment
Payment details are communicated via WhatsApp at the time of ordering. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (COD) in select areas.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on velorawears.in — including the VELORA logo, brand name, images, and text — is the property of SV Textiles & Garments and may not be used without written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
SV Textiles & Garments is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or VELORA products beyond the purchase price paid.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
